SMB Auto offers an after sales free services package with the purchase of a new car, which includes a range of maintenance services to help keep the car in good condition.
Warranty service claims are provided for manufacturer defects, and all parts replaced in our workshop come with a warranty coverage of 6 months or 10,000km, whichever comes first.

Free Service Package
The free services package typically includes periodic maintenance services such as engine oil (or lubricant) changes, filters and fluid checks. We provide car wash or detailing service too. -
Warranty Services
Depending on the type of warranty, it may cover repairs or replacement of specific parts or systems within the car. Warranty services mainly cover the manufacturer defects of the products and parts.

How It Works
Appointment
Customers who purchase a new car receive a complimentary services package at authorised SMB Auto centres. Schedule an appointment for the services. Extended warranty options available, subject to varying terms and conditions among car manufacturers.
Inspect & Qutation
Bring your car to an approved SMB Auto centre for necessary repairs. Experienced technicians will perform inspections.
Free Services
Technicians efficiently perform selected free services. Eligibility for benefits depends on the warranty services provided by the customer's car manufacturer.
Sit Down & Relax
Enjoy the furnished SMB Auto lounge while your car is serviced, complete with coffee and snacks.
THE INSTRUCTION
How It Works
Customers can purchase an extended warranty for their car at the time of purchase or a later date, depending on the terms and conditions of the warranty. Customer is entitled for warranty coverage once they purchase their new car. Different car manufacturer may have different warranty policy.
Depending on the warranty services provided, the customer may be eligible for benefits such as define by car manufacturer.
The customer should then bring their car to SMB AUTO OUTLETS centre that the warranty provider approves for the necessary repairs or replacements.
Once the repairs or replacements are completed, the customer will typically be responsible for paying any deductible or co-payment required by the warranty contract.
